By installing or using the CouchCam Roku channel or website you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use CouchCam.
CouchCam is a Roku channel that streams live video from Ring-brand security cameras to your Roku TV. CouchCam is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ring LLC or Amazon.com Inc.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Ring account to use CouchCam. You are responsible for complying with Ring's terms of service.
CouchCam accesses your Ring cameras using an OAuth token you explicitly grant. You can revoke this access at any time via the Ring app (Account → Linked Apps → Remove CouchCam). Revoking access immediately terminates all active streams and deletes your tokens from our servers.
CouchCam is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. Live video streaming depends on your Ring cameras, your network, and the Ring API — we are not responsible for issues originating from these third-party systems.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COUCHCAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COUCHCAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $10.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CouchCam after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
